Tejashree Solanki
Mrs. Tejashree Solanki is a highly qualified professional with a postgraduate degree in MBA (Human Resources). She has a wealth of international experience, having worked in London, United Kingdom. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in managing schools and has developed a true passion for working with children.

She has a proven track record in the education industry, having served as the Center Head at Little Millenium Pre-school and Jyotirmay International School (IGCSE) in Pune. Her experience in these roles has equipped her with the skills necessary to lead and manage a successful school, while also providing a positive and nurturing environment for children.
Mrs. Solanki is particularly fond of kids and takes great joy in seeing them grow and develop. She believes that every child has unique abilities and potential, and it is her goal to help them reach their full potential. She is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, and to fostering a love of learning in each and every one of them.
With her strong academic background, work experience abroad, and experience managing schools, she is confident in her ability to make a positive impact in any educational setting.

​Mrs. Khushbu Makwana, the Chief Learning Officer at The Learning Cottage, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in early childhood education.

With 14 years of experience under her belt, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Ms. Makwana's certifications in ECCED, PPTC, and TESOL speak to her commitment to providing the best education possible.

She has also had the opportunity to train students in elementary schools in Tokyo, Japan, and international preschools in Mumbai, India, allowing her to broaden her horizons and bring new ideas and methodologies to her role at The Learning Cottage.

Mrs. Makwana's passion for early childhood education is evident in her work. She has analyzed various learning pedagogies, such as Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia's approach, to create a blended curriculum that incorporates the best practices from each approach.
